Typical duties will include reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries, performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts, maintaining the general ledger chart of accounts, and posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals. Advanced Microsoft excel and proficiency with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft or JD Edwards are required. As an Accountemps Salaried Professional, you are a full time employee of Robert Half and work as a consultant for clients of our Accountemps division. Accountemps Salaried Professionals have the stability and benefits of a full time job with the flexibility and new challenges of a consulting engagement. You are paid for all major holidays, 1 floating holiday per quarter and Choice Time Off accruing at 2.0 hours per week. You are guaranteed 37.5 hours per week whether you are on project or not, so even if you are in between engagements you still get paid. While on engagement, you are paid hourly so you are paid for the hours you work and you still receive overtime for anything over 40 hours in a week.
