Thank you!Duties & Responsibilities* Assist with the ongoing implementation of the Avatier identity management suite across additional business units, with projects ranging from 1 week to 6 months in duration.* Drive and direct the project and associated teams to delivery* Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost, and required quality* End-to-end project planning including schedule development, resource planning, cost estimating, and budgeting utilizing all internal project management tools* Coordinate and communicate with project resources, stakeholders, and vendors on all aspects of project progression/status* Measure progress and monitoring performance (overall, scope, schedule, costs, quality)* Risk management including issue escalation and resolution* Adhere to the organizational integrated change control process* Post-project implementation reviewSkills and ExperienceEssential* Bachelors degree educated in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business.* 5 years + experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a fast-paced service delivery environment.* Project management tools proficiency* Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently* Extensive hands-on experience in producing detailed project schedules, extrapolating work break down structure, and resource requirements and tracking to schedule.* Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both verbal and written English.* Experience with project implementations in International offices * Ability to work with and manage 3rd party vendors* Knowledge of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and IDM a plus but not required* Knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory is requiredHighly Desirable* Analytical skills with ability to truly understand the full scope and impact of the project requirements* Customer service orientation with ability to manage relationships with internal customers* Ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders, including executive management, and third parties* Project management certification* Extensive experience in project reporting including executive level briefing* Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills* High degree of business acumenAdditional InformationLocation
